Injection Molded Funnel -

I designed and developed a two-part, injection molded funnel to fill a fluid module within a medical device. The funnel, which features a snap fit, was designed to attach to the rail of a medical device and store away in an in-unit basket when not in use.

Handheld Device Testing Bed - Emphysys Inc
I improved on and prototyped a test stand to secure a handheld medical device for testing. I incorporated an adjustable bed for positioning test subjects, while the device mount was composed of several 3D printed and laser-cut components.

Excel Thread Calculator -
Emphysys Inc.
I developed a metric thread calculator in Excel with inputs of pitch, nominal diameter, thread type (internal/external), pitch tolerance, and location tolerance. Based on this data, the calculator accurately outputs major, minor, and pitch diameters, and pitch, location, and diameter allowances.

PCB Programming Fixture -
Emphysys Inc.
I modeled and created a manual "bed of nails" fixture to be used to program PCBs efficiently. The design includes a lever and linkage design to move the retaining forks up and down along a vertical shaft.
